Kelly started in pest management in 1999 in Florida, where he worked in structural, turf, and landscape pest control. He later moved into greenhouse IPM and worked his way to IPM Manager and, later, Head Grower of Fessler Nursery in Woodburn, OR, where he implemented biocontrols on a large scale in many ornamental crops. Kelly left the greenhouse in 2016 to work in biocontrol full-time. Kelly joined Biobee USA in April of 2024 as US Sales Manager and he lives in Redding, CA.
